Returns & Refunds
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases from our online store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging intact. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at periwinkle2718@gmail.com . We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards or downloadable products.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with a replacement item or a refund, depending on your preference.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
