  1. Prices indicated on the site, which do not include shipping fees, are in CAD. Shipping fees will be charged whenever applicable upon checkout.
  2. Prices or delivery charges may change from time to time without advance notice.
  3. Although we do our best to keep the prices of the products accurate on the site, errors may occur. In case there is an error in product pricing that you have purchased, we will alert you as soon as possible and provide you with options of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to reach you, your order may be cancelled and refunded via the original payment method you adopted.

Products Information

  1. All products should be used in conformity with the instructions and guidelines. We suggest you check the product ingredients carefully to avoid any potential allergic reactions.
  2. We do our utmost to accurately display the colors and images of our products. The actual colors you see on your display monitor however, may not be completely accurate.

Shipping Information

  2. we endeavors to deliver the orders within the estimated time frame indicated. However, the actual delivery time will be subject to the availability of the ordered items.
  3. Occasional delays in delivery may happen due to reasons such as high volume of orders during peak season or unforeseen circumstances. Our couriers do not offer delivery services on weekends and bank holidays.
  4. Risk of loss of products or damage to products is borne by you at the time of delivery.
  5. The property in products shall not pass to you until Periwinklecosmetics.ca has fully received the payment. In case of non-compliance, Periwinkle Cosmetics is entitled to demand you to deliver the products to Periwinkle Cosmetics given that the products are still in good condition. We reserve the right to launch legal actions against you for the delivery of products and seek compensation for any damages related to the recovery.

Returns & Refunds

  1. All returns must be carried out in accordance with the guidelines on our Return/Refund page.
  2. Returns are subject to the conditions of the products listed on our Return/ Refund page. Products that are confirmed to be eligible for return, you may choose to replace the products or refund via cash coupon.
